From 1978-1980 Kurt was fortunate to
live by the Mexican border. There he learned the Spanish
language and loved their culture and food. Since then he
has helped here in the States with many families and
individuals of Hispanic background. He discovered a void
in understanding these two cultures. After intensively
studying the Hispanic and Anglo history, Kurt is ready to
help you understand the culture, family, education and
professional differences within these two cultures that
choose to live here in the United States of America.
Eleven percent of the US population is of Hispanic
background. You will learn what motivates the Hispanic
people and how to do this. This seminar is for anyone
that works with Hispanics in schools, state and
government offices and work. It will make a big
